Hash Zahed is a San Francisco Bay Area business law attorney who is passionate about assisting entrepreneurs who want to use business as a tool for social change. Hash’s approach to practicing law is centered on the concept that the best way to help the people he serves is to take the time to understand their goals in order to customize creative solutions.
Hash advises startups and non-profits as outside general counsel on a variety of matters, including:

- Employment and labor law compliance
- Startup financing and securities law compliance
- Intellectual property protection (including trademark, trade secrets, and copyright)
While at Boalt Hall, Hash was an editor of the California Law Review and the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law. Hash was also a member of the Board of Advocates and served as a summer extern for The Honorable John T. Noonan of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
In his free time, Hash enjoys traveling, staying active, and cheering on his SF Giants, Forty-Niners, Warriors, and Golden Bears.
